Returns & Refunds Policy

At Beauty Born, every piece is crafted and handled with care to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and luxury. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return.

1. Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unused, unworn, and unaltered In their original packaging, with all tags, lace, and protective seals intact - In a resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Hygiene & Product Integrity (Very Important)

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:

The lace has been cut, trimmed, or customised

Any adhesive, glue, gel, spray, or styling product has been applied

The hair has been washed, dyed, bleached, toned, or chemically altered

The wig or extensions show signs of wear, styling, heat use, or odour

The product has been damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way

Once a wig or hair product has been worn or altered, it can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.

3. Trying On Your Wig

We understand you may wish to inspect your wig. You may gently try on the wig without cutting the lace or using any products to assess fit and style.

Please ensure the wig remains in pristine condition. Any breach of hygiene conditions will void eligibility for return.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include: - Your order number - The item(s) you wish to return - The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after inspection

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer: A replacement, or - A full refund, including standard delivery costs

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: Wigs with cut or customised lace - Wigs or extensions that have been worn or styled Items exposed to adhesive or hair products - Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) - Gift cards

8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
